Transportation Services

Transportation Services offers a suite of services to help Parents' Weekend visitors travel to, from, and around campus including:

University Parking: Beginning Friday, October 12th, visitors may park in any student (designated by white lines) or open-gated faculty (designated by red lines) parking area, including our six (6) garages, at no cost. You can also park in metered parking on campus without having to feed the meter. Parking areas can be found on our campus map here.  Note:  All other marked areas/spaces (i.e. reserved, handicap, loading zones) will be enforced.  If you arrive prior to or stay past the weekend, you may park in the Visitor lot, located in the southeast corner of the University Center or contact Transportation Services for a parking permit. Parking permit requirements are enforced Monday through Friday, 7:00am to 4:30pm.

IMPORTANT:  Starting at 10:00pm on Friday, October 12th, all vehicles must adhere to the Seminole Booster's game day parking procedures.  Vehicles located in the lots surrounding the stadium must be moved as shown on the map (in blue) here.  All vehicles in these lots after that time will be towed at the owner's expense.

Seminole Express Bus Service: Take our Seminole Express service to your desired destination.   This complimentary service is provided Monday - Friday, 7am-7pm.  Note:  The Renegade bus travels on campus at all times.  All other buses include both on and off campus routes.  Click here for routes.

Car Rental Discounts for FSU Students & Family Members

Florida State University has partnered with Avis Rental Car to provide students and their family members a discount up to 25% off internet rates when renting vehicles.  To receive the discount, use FSU's AWD Code: X354300 with your online reservation.  (Note:  Enjoy greater savings by using Avis coupon offers with the FSU discount code.)
